Foraging is something we’re very passionate about at the school, it’s an age-old skill that offers you the chance to harvest seasonal ingredients that taste delicious & cost you nothing. You will spend most of the day outside around the grounds of Brompton, looking at what’s available and tasting things that have been created by our Forager Liz. After a morning of foraging we’ll head to the school to get creative and make a foraged feast for lunch.

On this course you’ll need your wellies, a notebook or your phone to take notes and pictures to document what you find.
