business from our new shop and bakery situated in the town of Ludlow.

I specialise in a range of traditional, French, Italian and speciality breads.

I demonstrate at festivals around the country and work with local schools and colleges where I teach bread making.

This year our family are celebrating 150 years in the baking trade.

Attended the butchery course today, totally not my thing, I don't touch raw meat......but the course was AWESOME!! Overcame my fear of touching raw meat and learnt so much! Glad I haven't done a food shop yet this weekend, came away with so much food and after a delicious lunch, will not be eating tonight! Thank you
