Katie, aged 9 Junior Cooks course 2nd June 2011 I spent the day at Brompton Cookery School during my half term. I love to cook, mostly baking but I was so surprised at how much fun I had. Our chef was brilliant and the other people I met were lovely but most of all I loved everything I cooked especially the south African chicken and chocolate tart. teaching from chef Caroline Morgan was superb. For the first time in my life
yesterday I prepared and cooked a 3 course meal for friends. They were well
impressed with my 'impressive supper'. Thank you so much. I look forward to

Aga Rangemaster January 2011 Thank you for a great day. I think it was pitched just right for the abilities and people we had attending. It was lovely to meet everyone involved in the cook school and Millie did a great job of keeping us busy and in good humour all at the same time (and we can certainly be challenging at the best of times!).

Mr Watkins - Fantastic Fish 24th September 2010 Excellent Day - Great Chef. Really Liked the relaxed but informative approach. I feared it might be too 'serious' eg every piece of veg exactly the same size but it was just perfectly pitched!
