This 5 day course is aimed at an intermediate level for those wishing to gain a greater knowledge and confidence in their cooking. We have chosen the Four Seasons as the theme for the course and each day student skills will increase and become more refined as you work through the syllabus.
Each day the course will commence at 9.30am with coffee and Brompton biscuits and an introduction from the Martin Teplitsky the chef (see our Chef's page) explaining the day's format. You will have lunch, tea and dinner in the cookery school sampling your own cooking. Each evening will finish with a dinner party in the cookery school with a well earned glass or two of wine!
