This is a fun evening for beginners learning to create their own dinner parties.
Lisa will be teaching you to prepare, cook and present a simple but delicious 3 course dinner party for those wanting to get cooking for friends. This is a hands-on, practical course and at the end of the evening you will be able to relax and enjoy your culinary creations in the stylish dining room. Lisa's menus may include Swiss Double Cheese Souffles, Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Mushrooms in a Lime Cream Sauce, and Meringues with Apricot and Pistachio Nuts.
