Keen gourmet chefs (aged 10 to 16!) will have the chance to be introduced to cooking vocabulary, tools and utensils in the kitchen. We place emphasis on healthy nutritional food and presentation and will include Marinading meat and fish preparation and cooking, Pasta, Biscotti and Foccacia Breads, Hearty soups, chicken pinwheels, bread and butter pudding, meringues, and hand made chocolates. We will box up anything else they have created to take home. Friends and family will be amazed at what they have achieved!
