Cook up some fabulous treats during this superb day of family fun.
You will be greeted with a coffee or soft drink and some Brompton biscuits to inspire you for the day ahead. You will go through to our lovely kitchen where our chef will demonstrate the dishes and cooking techniques for the day.

Our chef will demonstrate creative recipes and then you will start cooking together. You will finish with a relaxing lunch in our stunning dining room and eat some of the dishes you have prepared with a well-earned complementary glass of wine/soft drink. You will be able to take home something impressive that you have prepared.

Have you seen all these lovely pictures of cupcakes and wondered if you could do them as beautifully? Join us on this introduction to cupcake making and decorating. The course is aimed at cupcake decorating beginners.

Our chef will introduce you to the world of cupcakes. The morning will involve baking your own cupcakes (using different flavourings) and then we will show you how to make simple but beautiful decorations.

This is a practical cookery morning and will include a cup of coffee on arrival, a light 2 course lunch and you will be able to go home with all your pretty cupcakes.
